Attendance to the 4th PacRim Breast and Prostate Cancer Meeting in Whistler BC is limited to and by invitation.

  • Please inform the Conference Coordinator if you wish to bring your partner, and/or family members. 
  • Please advise the Conference Coordinator if a group of colleagues would be willing to share suites.  

Please advise the Conference Coordinator of any specific dietary or other requirements at least 30 days prior to the conference.


It is a tradition of this meeting series that participants arrange and pay for their own travel to the meeting. For overseas and invited participants, meeting costs including accommodation and meals are covered by the meeting. The cost to overseas invited participants will be restricted to travel-related costs, incidental costs (including telephone calls and room service), extra days (additional nights accommodation must be booked through the Conference Secretariat to obtain the conference rate) and tours/recreational activities which will be billed to your room account by the Resort. 

A nominal registration fee to cover transfers, tours and partial meeting costs will apply to all other participants (TBA).


While there will be no additional accommodation costs for partners/accompanying persons, there will be an additional charge for transfers, meals, tours and social activities.


Tours are available through the activities desk located at the hotel or through outlets found throughout the village.


All travel costs are the responsibility of the participant.
